I am fascinated by people, their characters and the encounters that arise when we open ourselves with presence and awareness. I am curious about what happens when bodies, emotions, and energies meet and influence each other. Letting go of everyday masks and finding a safe space to simply be. Playing, making mistakes, improvising, listening, growing together.
My journey moves between theatre, body work, energy readings, and the creation of spaces for connection. All are ways of coming into contact with the essence of people, of trying to bring forth the parts that often remain hidden and of supporting others – and myself – in recognizing themselves and, if they wish, transforming. There is a special force in group work, in the trust that arises when we let go of judgment and approach the process with courage.
With energy readings, I make myself available in a more intimate way. It is a way of looking at existence that invites trust in intuition, allowing the mind to rest, creating a space where the other can feel seen and welcomed in their true self and find clarity about the stage of life they are going through. Giving a reading is a gift for me too, because being able to access another person’s world opens spaces that also speak to my life.
Creating spaces that nurture community is another way that feels profoundly natural to me. I bring together people and diverse realities, making art a common ground for meeting.
I enjoy bringing worlds together. Going beyond what is visible, grasping the invisible, and giving it shape.
