Accompanying artists in their creative processes is a vital act, an act of friendship, a walking together toward a clear intention, though not yet defined in form, color, or nuance. I enjoy being able to ask questions to open new points of view, propose a different way of creating a scene, think together, shift perspective.
I feel at ease because there is the right distance between me and the work and at the same time a strong desire to bring everything together to create something that speaks of the artist as the artist had imagined it, or perhaps in a completely different way…
It is often said that the journey to the goal is more interesting than the destination; I apply this idea to accompanying artists and add that the destination is richer if one can rely on others to see it more clearly, if one can trust in supportive eyes that help create through different stimuli and build with tools we had forgotten we had.
Once the work is ready to be presented, I feel joy in having shared the path taken and in having created a creative complicity with the artist.
I’ve worked with a number of brilliant people as a director, assistant director or outside-eye including ‘Kill the Princess’, BAIT Theatre; ‘Lubbert’, Inda Pereda, ‘Suck My Iperuranio’, Giovanni Onorato; Flavia Bertram; ‘Soy Frontera’ , Lorena Avilés; and on my own projects.

I love Margherita’s blend of play and precision. Her insight and pleasure bring me back to working with her again and again.
– Flavia Bertram
All the pieces of the performance touched me deeply as we discovered them, because each of us entered them down to the marrow; it’s just as you say: they are parts of ourselves that we find in others.

Margherita: the perfect blend of artistic vision and strong production. I had the luck of working with Margherita both as an Outside Eye and in cabarets she produced, and in both contexts she stands out for her professionalism and artistic sensitivity. Her external eye is precise and constructive, bringing clarity and proposals that elevate the performance without losing the essence of the creative process. As a manager and producer, she creates events with energy, organization and creativity, taking care of every detail so that everything flows and the artists feel supported, while also ensuring that the audience enjoys a vibrant, intimate and memorable experience.
– Inda Pereda
I worked with Margherita in 2019. I was looking for someone to help me bring out my first show. I was only 23 years old and had few tools.
Margherita immediately sensed that something was brewing and suggested that we meet at her house two afternoons a week. I would speak freely for a couple of hours while being filmed. Every now and then, we would pause and Margherita would propose a theme. A couple of times, we worked starting from the body.
After a few weeks, we had 50 good minutes of material and began to make a collage.
In 2020, “Suck my Iperuranio” debuted, which I still perform. I have wonderful memories of those days, especially because of Margherita’s ability to listen, to let the words—and, more generally, the scenic material—of the person in front of her emerge naturally, with just a few correct directions.”
